A dynamic Health Leader with more than 15 years of progressive experience, Don has held senior roles within Ontario's Public Health Care System and led the Occupational Health function in a number of capacities. He now leads Vale’s Workplace Health and Disability Management portfolio for its North Atlantic Operations. Don’s energetic and engaging learning style serves as a catalyst for helping organizations maximize and empower productivity. He brings passion and knowledge to the topic of Mental Health as well as a commitment to help eliminate the stigma around this crucial workplace topic.
